Bio:
Elizabeth is the Online Support Specialist for Richland Community College. She oversees the Online Student Help Desk, supervising two staff workers who assist students, faculty and staff with technology issues related to Canvas, as well as virus/spyware problems, and other general personal laptop/tablet/phone questions and problems.
Elizabeth assisted in the development and implementation of the Student Orientation, which is mandatory for all students using Canvas for their coursework at the College.
Elizabeth assists faculty with course design and building course content in their Canvas courses.
Elizabeth also works closely with her "partner in crime", Kona Jones, the Director of Online Learning at Richland Community College. Together, they strive to make Richland's online program the very best! :)
