Canvas continues to limp along -- and trip on itself. With each new code update comes new problems. Months ago, code was changed so that images were linked to the course. It's been a mess ever since. A few weeks ago, most teachers couldn't even upload images. 

Today, I tried to upload an image into a new item bank, and this is the mess that I received. 

Come on. It's been months of mess. Pay overtime, hire new programmers, do something to fix this nonsense. You are rendering Canvas unusable.
