Hi everyone, after contacting support, I've determined the issue. I was first asked to clear cache and cookies and try on different browsers, but that didn't solve the problem. Instead, the issue was that I had the High Contrast UI enabled. You can turn this off by clicking on your avatar on the left side bar and turning the High Contrast UI off. Just waned to let you know!
