Hi all,

I am an Canvas admin at our school, and have the ability to upload custom CSS and JS files via the Theme Editor. When I upload my custom files and click 'Preview your changes', I see that the custom files are applied to Canvas pages. Once I save and apply the theme, however, the custom files are not used anymore.

Using the dev tools of the browser, I can see that after clicking 'Preview your changes' links to the files are indeed added to the source code, but disappear from the source code when changes are saved and applied.

Could this be a permissions issue, or is something else going on?

(I'm using the test environment, but the same problem occurs in the normal environment.)
