Canvas Colleagues,

I see a couple posts about contract grades from over a year ago, but I don't see a resolution to this challenge. If students are on a contract, is there a way to make the majority of assignments ungraded? Or, perhaps there is a way to make all scores the default grade in the grading contract?

Because of issues of bias and grading being inherently racist, or biased at least, there should be a way to offer students feedback and assign no grades or assign a default grade for the course.

Thank you for any solutions or work arounds you can provide. Hopefully, Canvas will provide a solution soon.
