It would be especially useful if support center articles could be accessed independently of the VLE interface, in my case Blackboard Ultra. First of all, it would simply be good to be able to link directly to articles.

Secondly, the Ultra interface leads to articles being a bit cramped in some cases so being able to click on some kind of 'view full page' would be useful.

Finally, just having a direct route to searching and viewing articles would help with the user experience.
