I am having an issue where some of my students are seeing the Comment icon from their gradebook, but some cannot. I have had the student's who can and who cannot send me how they are seeing or not seeing, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out why some can, but some cannot. I do know that a few that can, see them from the APP. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
