AWS Account Deactivated because of exceeding budget cap

Hi,

I was doing the capstone project and since the date to complete this is extended to 31july, i took some break due to my project work and when i came back to complete this my account was deactivated since i had exceeded the mentioned budget cap.

I tried contacting the support but i couldn't find any so posting this in this.If anyone could guide me how to reset that cost,it would be great help..
