[ARCHIVED] Status code 422 while creating LTI developer key

while developer key setting for LTI i did the following setting

1.Redirect URIs :   https://mitwpu.instructure.com/login/oauth2/auth?client_id=176300000000000006&response_type=code&red...

2. what is JSON URL ?

After clicking save, showing me the following error
