I think so many teachers will love the new Google Assignments, but I am concerned with one hiccup. When assigning something to one section of a cross-listed course, the other sections are getting copies of the Google File in their Drives even if the item is not assigned to their section. In other words, If I assign something to section one, section two can't see it on Canvas, but a copy is still made for ALL section one and two students in their Google Drive (even though I may not want section two students to have a copy). 

Is there a way to fix this other than not cross-listing?
