[ARCHIVED] Using Breakout Rooms in Canvas with Collaboration on a Word doc.

Hello Community members!

I am new to conferences in Canvas and relatively new to the community. How can I provide a link to a Word document to students in breakout rooms in Canvas conferences (BBB) so they can discuss things as a group and write their individual responses to submit. I can then look at all their responses in Word? I am told it can be done, but I am not sure how to do it. Our students have access to the Office365 suite. I have been a participant in Zoom meetings where folks have used Google sheets and forms, but it is not easy for me to see how this could be done with Word (They need to write their own response on a sheet with their name on it after discussing with the group i.e. one person may NOT write for the whole group).  Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
