I'm constructing a quiz consisting of formula-type questions with randomly generated variable values. Multiple attempts are allowed. Is it possible to setup the quiz so that the student gets the same values of variables when retaking the quiz (but not the same values as other students)?

The advantage of this would be that if the student worked on this question with pen and paper for an hour and made a small mistake, she wouldn't have to start over again with new input data.
