One student has reported taking and submitting a New Quiz multiple times. The New Quiz shows as incomplete (no green button indicating the assignment has been submitted in the student's module). When I try to grade it in SpeedGrader, it shows nothing has been submitted. There is no score in the gradebook for the questions that are automatically graded like there are for the other students who took the exact same New Quiz without any problems. This student has successfully completed other new quiz assignments without any issues in this course. I have seen the student's screen and know for a fact that the the quiz was completed. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
