Hi  @dvanderlaan .  Sorry to hear about what you are experiencing.  At my institution I often field these types of questions but almost always need to go into the course where the video is integrated to problem solve what my be happening. It is possible that someone where has solved a similar problem, but if you are looking for a quick resolution your best bet may be to contact Canvas Support directly (see How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?).  Those in the Community cannot look at your class and video specifically, but Support would be able to do this and hopefully determine what is happening.
