1. Pinboard Presentation Mode in Ask Your Data
With the new Pinboard Presentation Mode, we're transforming the way users engage with their saved insights. Now, you can enter a full-screen presentation mode, which allows you to cycle through individual pins within the Pinboard for a sleek, conference-ready display. Whether you're presenting findings to a team, faculty, or leadership, this enhancement allows for seamless, professional presentations directly within your browser—no additional tools or prep needed.
2. Download Pinboards as PDFs
Data storytelling just got easier. You can now download entire Pinboards from Ask Your Data into PDF format, offering a convenient way to share insights across your institution. Each downloaded PDF retains the full context of the Pins saved in the Pinboard, including the rendered visualizations like tables or specific charts, as well as the original prompt and LLM response. This feature allows administrators to capture their investigative journey, making it easier to distribute results and communicate data findings efficiently.
3. Download Charts as Images
Need to export a specific visualization? Now you can download individual result sets from Ask Your Data as images. Whether you're showcasing course enrollment trends or student engagement data, you can quickly share specific visualizations as standalone images, perfect for embedding in reports, presentations, or emails. This enhancement provides another layer of flexibility, ensuring you can communicate insights in the format that best suits your needs.
4. Course Format Filters for Targeted Insights
In both Students in Need of Attention and Course Readiness, administrators can now filter insights based on course format—whether courses are in-person, online, hybrid, or other modalities. As Canvas captures this information at the course level, this new filtering capability makes it easier to filter on relevant content. Whether you're looking to improve online student retention or ensure in-class course readiness, this new filter gives you the control you need to fine-tune your focus.
