Provide Impact Admin a mechanism inside of the UI to personalize content of messages specific to each individual targeted user with a personalized link, such as for surveys.

Why is it valuable?

Quick, easy, and secure way to administer important personalized surveys and/or other links for things such as national surveys, course evaluations, etc. where users need to access and spend the majority of their time.
