SmartResume’s certified talent marketplace enables job seekers to connect with employers by submitting their SmartResume for consideration and by becoming discoverable to employers looking for people with their skills and credentials. SmartResume operates both an open talent marketplace for all job seekers, and private talent marketplace functionality that allows a certifying organization to connect their users with their own private network of employers.
SmartResume certified talent marketplace features:
- Job seekers can skip the pain of filling out job applications by submitting their SmartResume for review to a participating employer/recruiter with a single click
- Talent match - job seekers are presented the employers with job openings that are a best match for their career aspirations
- Employers can search for talent with traditional keywords or by searching for specific credentials, specifying the exact type of credential combined with the job seekers geographic location, etc.
- All talent is presented to employers without a profile picture or name in order to eliminate unconscious bias. Employers can filter through search results and full resumes without access to this information, allowing them to search for talent purely based on qualifications. The recruitment process begins once an employer has deemed a candidate qualified. They then unlock the contact information and name of that individual.
- Employers can filter talent to only see job seekers who have designated they are actively looking for work.
