Accessibility

The EdGems Math program includes Screen Readers; Screen Magnification software; Text Readers; Adjustable Print Size; Speech Input Devices; Closed Captioning; Alternative Input Devices; High Color Contrast Display Options; Translation of key math terms to Other languages.

Data encryption	All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Countries of data storage	USA
Data storage policy	Data is stored for full school year and is purged every summer, unless a district requests saved classes.
Incident management program, policy, and testing
Disaster recovery and business continuity plan and testing	We do not have a disaster plan in general, but will work with districts to recover data during a disaster.
Security Standard Certificates	All student personal information is encrypted at rest in the database using the AES-256 encryption algorithm. All connections between users and our Site are secured via encryption communication technology (SSL/TLS).
Third party testing and security controls practices	We do not share student information with third party sites.
