New Quizzes: Did I lose all my work grading?

I just spent 2 hours grading written answers to a new quiz using the randomize student, hide student name, and grade question at a time feature. I accidently clicked on the name of the quiz which took me to the build screen and when I came back it looks like none of my grades or feedback comments were saved. Do you have to hit update at the bottom after grading each time or something?

Thank you for reaching out. This sounds like they may just be hidden due to the anonymous student settings, as grades and feedback wouldn't be lost since we would keep track of that in the background. I would recommend reaching out to Canvas support if you haven't already, as this is something they will want to look into on your behalf to see what happened. You can reach out to them via the "help" menu in Canvas, on the left hand column.
