Moderation (Extended time accommodation) testing ahead of 6/17 Release

We are trying to test out the steps for extending time and adding attempts for students using the Moderate function, but it stopped working earlier this week in beta. Following these directions:

Now I'm getting getting a message that "There is no moderation information to display yet."

This just emerged as a problem for me as well.  For me, it was working a couple of weeks ago, but now the option to multiply time is gone.
