I have a course that has several Item Banks. My understanding is that the Banks were created by several different people and all "shared with" that course.
I think it might be better if these Item Banks were at the Sub-account level. Is it possible to move or copy them?

@mbmacdonald Unfortunately, I don't believe it is possible to share Item Banks with a sub-account at all, and all account-level Item Banks are at the root account-level.
Hello @mbmacdonald
This is a great question! With Item banks, the admin role can share item banks from within a course into the sub-account level.
HERE is the admin guide I found on this.
Hopefully this helps!

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately that solution only allows you to share the bank with the root account, not the sub-account.

Thanks @NicoletteStaley . I will accept that as a solution, but I hope this issue can be addressed. I'm not sure submitting this as a specific Idea is the right choice, because I think this goes to some larger issues that many many users have had with the issue of sharing banks. Banks should not *have to be* linked to a user account because people move on. Its great that you can build (from scratch) an Item Bank at the sub-account level, but right now most of the banks and questions live at the level of courses and users, and users do not want to have to rebuild from scratch.
We recently release subaccount item bank sharing to Beta environments last month and will release to production environments this weekend. For more information, please see the blogpost Sub-account Item Bank Sharing and Outcomes Alignment. Thanks!
