Excel table in Student Analysis similar to Question Breakdown in Quiz Statistics

Hello, everyone. I'm wondering if someone has built a table in Excel that provides the same information that is available in the Question Breakdown of Quiz Statistics:

I am asking on behalf of instructors who go over the maximum values that quiz statistics will analyze (eg: more than 100 questions in a quiz, as documented in Once I publish a quiz, what kinds of quiz statistics are available?)

If this threshold is exceeded, users must download the Student Analysis Report, but it does not include graphs or percentages that would make it easier for instructors to review this data.
