New Analytics: Last Activity/Interaction Inaccurate

I'm loving the new course Analytics tool (currently in beta). However, students' last activity and last interaction are inaccurate, compared to similar info in the People section of my course. For example, I have one student who, in the People section, last accessed the course today, Nov. 15. However, in the Analytics Beta, he last interacted with the course on Oct. 26, and his last activity was Nov. 9. This is a solid "A" student, so it makes no sense that his last interaction/activity would be so long ago.

Any idea why this is happening or if this is something that will be addressed as the new Analytics moves out of beta? Thanks!

This is a known issue, and are in the process of troubleshooting.

Can you email me directly whatever info you can regarding the course (such as the URL) so that we can look at the specific example. Here is my email: kturco@instructure.com. Alternatively, you can submit it through your Canvas contact (CSM or Support) and have them escalate to me.
