Recognizing the time constraints teachers face when creating and administering new assessments, Quick Reassess offers a simple and effective solution that allows you to quickly create a follow up assessment on specific standards that you’ve already assessed your students on without the need to create a new assessment from scratch.
What is the Quick Reassess Feature?
The Quick Reassess feature allows educators to reassess students with just a few clicks. This feature pulls relevant items from the Mastery Item Bank, enabling teachers to quickly generate new assessments based on the original assessment’s criteria. It’s perfect for those moments when students need another opportunity to demonstrate their understanding.
How It Works
The Quick Reassess feature is accessible within your existing Tracker in the Assessment list view. Once an assessment is scored and contains at least one item from the Mastery Item Bank, the Quick Reassess button will automatically appear.
Click on the button to launch the Quick Reassess modal. The modal displays items from the Mastery Item Bank that match the original assessment’s question and alignment criteria. There, educators can adjust the assessment items if necessary, and quickly generate a new draft assessment that can be published or edited further if needed.
