Description
In New Quizzes, screen readers cannot navigate to an Essay Question RCE. They get skipped over when navigating with screen reader navigation
Expected Behavior
Screen readers should navigate to an Essay Question in the RCE.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Use a screen reader to navigate through the RCE to an essay question.
