Rubric ratings are not modifiable by other teachers/TAs when Rubric enhancements feature is on.
This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 8/28/24.
Description
When a teacher/TA grades a submission using a rubric, other teachers on the course cannot edit the rubric ratings/points anymore if Rubric enhancements feature is enabled.
Expected Behavior
For the teacher to be able to edit/modify the rubric ratings/point values in Speedgrader after it’s used by another teacher or TA.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisites: Rubric Enhancements feature option enabled. Published course with at least 1 active student and 2 active teachers/TA’s

Create an assignment, add a rubric.

As a TA/Teacher_A, navigate to Speedgrader, mark the rubric, and save.

As teacher_B, navigate back to Speedgrader, click on View Rubric and try to modify the ratings or the point value for each Criterion.

Notice that this won’t be possible and Criterions' ratings are greyed out.
