[PENDING] LTI Usage not showing under Insights without reload

A solution is being tested in a beta environment.

Description

When logging in, LTI Usage is not immediately available under Insights dropdown menu as expected. Currently, the user has to reload the page, then it will show.

Expected Behavior

LTI Usage should appear under Insights immediately after logging in without having to reload the page.

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into any production instance.

2. Click on Insights and you should only see Impact Insights, not also LTI Usage.

3. Reload the page.

4. Click on Insights again and you should see both Impact Insights and LTI Usage.
