[OPEN] [a11y] Screenreader doesn't read results in Item Bank searches

Description

No indication from the screen reader if you have results for your item bank searches. If there are results you will be able to tab into the results but no verbal cue is given that there were any, if there aren’t any results you won’t be able to tab to anything and there is no verbal cue that there were no results.

Expected Behavior

To have some verbal cue that you either have results or don’t have results

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. With a screen reader enabled navigate to the item banks

  2. Search for an item bank

  3. Notice no indication is given of your results, successful or otherwise
