Description
When using Voice Over on the quiz take page for a New Quizzes quiz, the Skip To Quiz Content link does not bring you to the quiz content.

Instead you are moved out to the Quiz - Take frame which contains the the Skip to Content link and is actually further from the quiz content.
Expected Behavior
The Skip To Quiz Content link should take users to the quiz content, probably the ‘Assessment home page’ main
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisites: A course with a New Quiz and a student enrolled

As the student open the quiz and start Voice Over (cmd + F5)

Click into the quiz then use VO + shift + up-arrow until you get to a group with the name of the quiz.

Use VO + shift + down-arrow to enter group, Voice Over will announce “Quizzes - Take, frame”, then VO + shift + down-arrow, VO + shift + up-arrow, VO + shift + down-arrow

Use VO + right-arrow twice to get to the Skip To Quiz Content link.

Use VO + space to select the link and note that you are taken back out to the Quizzes - Take frame which you entered to get to the Skip To Quiz Content link.
