Celebrate Excellence in Education: Nominate Outstanding Educators by April 15!
Engineers are currently investigating the issue.
When a course contains a section with all inactive enrollments and one of the students with an inactive enrollment in that section also has an active enrollment in a different section, the New Analytics page in the course will display blank with a TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'students')
error in the console.
Instead New Analytics should display in all courses where there is data available.
No workaround exists at this time.
Prerequisite: A published course with two sections and a student enrolled in both sections.
On the people page in the course deactivate the student, then go to course user details page for the student and restore one of the two enrollments
Wait 24 hours
Go to the New Analytics page for the course and note that the page is blank (a loading screen may momentarily show) and there is a TypeError
in the console
