[OPEN] New Quiz hot spot question hotkeys stay initialized when out of focus

Engineers are currently investigating the issue.
Description
When editing a hotspot question in a New Quiz, the hotkeys meant to adjust the hot spots function when trying to type text to either locate/create an item bank or search for an outcome, resulting in any typing ending up manipulating the hot spot that was given to the question.
Expected Behavior
Hotkeys should disable when the image the hot spot was set on is out of focus, so it isn’t altered when typing is done on other windows overlaying the question, such as Item Banking.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisites: A new quiz with an unbanked hot spot question.
-
Access the build tab of the new quiz and edit a hot spot question, filling it out with the required fields.
-
Click on “Item Banking” and select “Add to bank”. Here, select either existing item bank or new item bank.
-
When using the search bar to type in the name of the bank you will create / associate the question with, the letters typed will trigger the related hotkeys used in the window where the hot spot is adjusted. For example, typing the letter F will result in the item banking window closing as F is the hotkey for expanding the hot spot image.
