Description
When selecting to shift due dates on import, the Classic Quiz due dates are not shifted if only the course start dates are entered without the course end date.
Expected Behavior
Instead it should shift the due dates for Classic Quizzes as this functionality works fine for other graded assignment types.
Workaround
Add a course end date in the date shift menu.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: Two courses.

In course A, create a Classic Quiz with a due date in the past.

In course B, run a course import from course A and select to shift the dates, only filling in the start date going from the old date to the new date.

Look at the quiz imported and notice that the due date stayed the same as it was.
