Newly uploaded SCORM packages don't show in the course tab
This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 10/15/24.
Description
When uploading or viewing uploaded SCORM files, the tool shows "No packages" and doesn't allow you to upload additional files.
Expected Behavior
Uploaded SCORM files should be visible.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: A course with SCORM enabled.

Navigate to the SCORM tab and attempt to upload a package.

The progress bar fills, but never advances to the next step.

Refreshing the page with show "No packages", and attempting to upload another package doesn't show anything.
