Description
When using the updated media comment feature in SpeedGrader not all options display in the selected language
Expected Behavior
All options should display in the selected language
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisites: Have a course’s language pack set to another language other than English along with a few student enrollments.

As the teacher create an assignment.

After saving the assignment, navigate to SpeedGrader.

Click on the new media comment option.

Open down any of the drop downs and observe that they display in English
