This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 7/17/24.
Description
In Course > Course Statistics > File Storage, the Allotted storage amount says it is in Megabytes but instead it is Mebibytes. This number should match the quota listed at the bottom of Files
Expected Behavior
The Allotted Storage amount is in Megabytes/Gigabytes, and matches the conversion from 2 and the maximum amount listed in Files
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

Have a course

Go to a rails console, and check course.quota. Convert this into Megabytes/Gigabytes (depending how large the quota is)

Go to Course Statistics > File Storage

Compare the Allotted Storage amount with the amount from #2 AND with the maximum amount listed at the bottom of Files
