InstructureCon bizzabo agenda creates incorrect calendar appointments

FYI, a gotcha for those of us in remote timezones attending InstCon0017 (eg:  @colleen_ortega ‌,  @stuart_ryan ‌).

If you use the Bizzabo online agenda to add items to your Outlook calendar, it converts the timezone to the correct time but one day later than it ought to be. 

Example: Keynote on Wed 27 July 09:00 - 09:45am (Denver time) should be a calendar appointment converted to Thu 28 July 00:30 - 01:15am (Adelaide time). However, the appointment is created for Fri 29 July 00:30 - 01:15am.

Note: This is different to a timezone issue previously reported and fixed (InstructureCon app 'add to calendar' inaccurate). That had the right day and wrong time. This is the wrong day and right time.

OOH thank you for the heads up  @travis_cox , duly noted. I hadn't started playing with adding the items to my calendar, but shall keep an eye on this when I do.

 @travis_cox ‌ I am not finding this to be the case. I'm in EDT (think New York City) time zone and the adjustments are correct for me. I did notice that you mention "Wednesday, July 27" and July 27 is on Thursday. Could that be part of the problem?

troyer.59‌ That's a fair point -  I've put typos in my original explanation, but the problem is still occurring for me.

To update my example with the correct dates: Keynote on Wed 26 July 09:00 - 09:45am (Denver time) should be a calendar appointment converted to Thu 27 July 00:30 - 01:15am (Adelaide time). However, the appointment is created for Fri 28 July 00:30 - 01:15am.

I've taken a screenshot below of the bizzabo agenda and the Outlook calendar event created from the keynote.

 @travis_cox , our awesome Events Team has contacted the event manager about this--they are aware that they have a bug in their system that is only impacting some people, and sporadically at that--and the team has just asked for an update on the bug fix. Thanks for your patience.
