Join the Canvas Engagement Team as they share examples from institutions who've had successful rollouts and reveal strategies to deal with roadblocks that can create plateaus in Canvas implementation. Hey everyone!
@lstark , @akuntz and I would like to fine tune our session with you all and make sure we hit any questions you may have. It would be most helpful if you take 5 min or so and answer a couple of questions for us. Simply reply to this post in the community.
I can't guarantee we'll hit everything for everyone, but we'll sure give it our best shot!
We look forward to meeting you all.

I signed up for this as we are getting ready to roll out to a much bigger audience in the Fall. We did our pilot during Spring 2016 with 50 faculty and have had a few more users during the summer. Looking for tips on communications strategies, how to get everyone "on board" (even the ones who want to continue with the old LMS until the very last day).

Hi, I signed up for this session because we have just begun the implementation process and will have @30 teachers using Canvas next academic year in their classes, with a plan (I think) for everyone to use it in the 17-18 school year. I am the person who will be providing most of the instruction and shepherding our teachers and students through the rollout, so I am eager to get any and all information I can get that will help this process be a successful one!
Skills I am looking for is how to differentiate our training to meet the needs of our tech-hesitant teachers who might be overwhelmed and of our tech-adept teachers who will want to play with APIs...
Hi All,
It was great chatting with everyone about roll-out strategies and communicating adoption of Canvas to Faculty and Staff. Here is the slide presentation we shared with you.
Thanks!
