Thinking of bringing the family but I don't see how much (or if they offer) meal only tickets for non-conference attendees.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Great question! A guest pass will be $395, this includes all 7 meals, beverage & snack breaks, and all 3 evening receptions.

In previous years it also included swag... will it this year as well?
Unfortunately not Starting last year we were unable to offer swag to anybody beyond the full-conference attendees. This is because tickets are already heavily subsidized.
Is "Adult Guest" the right category for registering a meal-only ticket?
Graham, that's correct. However, it should just say "Guest" now.
Just for clarification does the guest pass include any of the activities at the resort and if my husband two kids were coming I would need to be 3 guest passes...correct?
Thanks
@amandataintor , I'm sure someone will have some exact details, but from previous years this is how it has worked; I've bought guest passes for the last three years. The Canvas meal ticket/guess pass was only for Canvas sponsored events and food. This allowed you to (1) eat all your meals (which they are good and worth it, no scrimping!) and (2) take part in all of the different Canvas activities (there are normally movies, music/concerts, and all sorts of other fun games and things to do).
I'm not sure which resort activities you're talking about, but if they aren't Canvas sponsored or part of the package you get from staying at the resort, then no, it probably isn't covered. As for your kids, I'm not sure what the age limit is for when kids need their own pass, but I've taken my daughter when she was 1, 2, and 3 years old and never got her a pass and she was fine. Granted she really didn't each much if any food and was there with three paying people (me, husband, and my Mom), but I was never questioned about her needing a pass.
Hope this helps!
Can the guest passes be bought on site or must they be bought before arriving at the conference? Is it one flat fee or is there an adult and child fee?
