Through various initiatives, the Alamo Colleges have sought to leverage portfolios for performance. This effort included both faculty and students, but not in the way you might imagine. Two parallel initiatives have been pursued, one to assess student learning and another to assess faculty performance evaluations. This session shares the journey of change initiatives and the responses from stakeholders. Sample portfolios will be shared, as well as the process and frameworks used to develop them.
