Leveraging the Canvas community

As I'm sitting here in the canvas community session, I've had an Aha moment about my current priorities as an instructional support specialist and canvas admin. Currently I'm spending most of my time trying to learn the ins and outs of canvas, while helping faculty learn the basics. My team has a lot of projects in production and I schedule my time to "think" and plan. What I need to be doing if leveraging the canvas community more to build relationships, keep up with feature ideas and leverage the training materials. I want to commit to being on the canvas community for at least an hour a day for the next month. We have this awesome resource right in front of us and there is no need to re-invent the wheel.
