Since it’s our Battle of the Bands night, we decided to use prominent music scenes as our culinary inspiration too. Where? The Pacific Northwest, where Seattle birthed grunge (and Jimi Hendrix) and continues to give us incredible music, and Portland boasts a hip indie rock scene. Enjoy a little Pacific Northwest flavor– Pacific Salmon, coffee-rubbed beef, Rainier cherry pie, Washington apple salad, and more–all that pairs exceptionally well with our locally sourced Utah music

What better way to draw the curtain on InstructureCon than a mini music festival? Let us school you on some of our favorite up-and-coming bands from right here in Utah. And while you listen, get your face on the cover of a famous magazine or album. Or make sure you never forget the great time you had at InstructureCon by getting a (temporary) tattoo.
