What's new?

A new user category for admin will be created and will be accompanied by out-of-the-box (OOTB) content.

Why is it valuable?

The new admin user category can be used for targeting and contextualization of content, as well as for insights analysis. The accompanying out-of-the-box (OOTB) content will support admins in their core Canvas experience and enable additional OOTB content creation specific to admin-facing features and products.
