Celebrate Excellence in Education: Nominate Outstanding Educators by April 15!
When talking about Canvas, we usually think of teachers and students as the ones using this powerful Learning Management System (LMS). What about the administrators? We don’t mean Canvas Admin. They are the ones behind the scenes making things work; we mean the instructional leaders of campuses, universities, and institutions on the forefront of institutions. It’s the Principals, Assistant Principals, Deans, who need to communicate with stakeholders. They make data-informed decisions and supervise the goings on in both physical classrooms and virtual spaces. What about them?
That's why we're excited to introduce a new series of blog posts for administrators. For the next few months, we plan to help administrators with efficiency, communication, and transparency using the Canvas Learning Management System. We'll share tips and best practices that will culminate in an principal’s playbook or practical guide to leading the learning with Canvas.
Whether you're an experienced Canvas user or new to the platform, our blog posts will cover a range of topics, from setting up a principal's corner, using Canvas Analytics, and communicating with parents and staff, to all the tips and tricks you didn’t know existed. We'll show you how to leverage Canvas to streamline administrative tasks, simplify communication, and empower data-driven decision-making in order to “Lead with Canvas.”
