In this Impact release, new content for Campaigns, Walkthroughs, Impact Shorts, Monitors, and Articles. Updated features include the Inline Editor, Monitors, and Impact Dashboard. Accessibility updates are implemented for Walkthroughs, Tool Adoption, Support Center button, Inline Editor, and Monitors.

Monitors

Mastery Connect

As a result of a new interface around Assessments inside Mastery Connect, new monitors have been created while others have been deleted, to ensure that the data received as an admin is up to date. Find the updated category inside the integrated tool reporting template as follows:

> Mastery Connect > Assessment

This will be reflected in the Insights tab.

Note: The Mastery Connect category only displays if the LTI Mastery Connect tool category is toggled on.

Inline Editor

Inline Editor Template Drop-down

If an element in the Inline Editor has more than one template, a drop-down display allows users to select their preferred template. By default, the template with the most conditions displays.

In the Impact Dashboard, the Rich Content Editor displays for editing created monitors.

The Legacy Dashboard pages are redirected to the current Impact Dashboard (app.eesysoft.com).

Walkthroughs

When creating a Walkthrough, steps can be moved up and down by the Screen Reader user with actions and the new position being announced by the Screen Reader.

Tool Adoption

On the Tool Adoption page, the pagination is accessible to Screen Reader users.

Support Center Button

Keyboard-only users are able to tab to the Support Center button and the focus is on the Support Center button handles to make adjustments to the position.

Inline Editor

In the Inline Editor, Content Library items under each tab (Message, Support, Articles, and Monitors) are read by the Screen Reader when using tab navigation, and each line of the description is read separately. Additionally, the Keyboard-only focus remains inside the delete modal for the Content Library.

Monitors

On the Monitors page, the Keyboard-only focus remains inside the Preview Context modal. Color contrast on the Replace, Delete, Save, and Cancel buttons on the Monitors page now has a sufficient contrast ratio.

Fixed Bugs

• The Support Center button display is moveable and easily changeable on mobile. After moving the Support Center button, the Support Center button displays as expected.
• Deactivated users are not listed in the Users table in the Impact Dashboard.
• Timezone names are displayed appropriately on the Settings page.
• Private campaigns can not be accessed by a different user.
• Reporting Templates with special characters are displayed appropriately.
• Walkthroughs are considered Completed in reports at least one step of the walkthrough has been completed.
• When inviting new users to the Impact Dashboard, users can select permissions before entering the username and email.
• The Connect Your LMS User and Reset Views buttons do not display to users with read-only permissions.
• Insights data for the Users vs. Monitors and Champions Reports displays appropriately in the charts when the Time Period is set to Fixed and both Start and End Date are set to the current day.
• When an existing user is found and the user is inactive, an email is sent with an invite to the user and the account can be accessed with the old password. Users can create a new password using the activation link.
• When creating an Insights report without setting a Monitor and/or User Group, an error message displays.
• When creating a new monitor in Blackboard Insights, older data does not display in reports when using newly created monitors.
• Blackboard Ultra Course Reports display appropriately.
• Blackboard Ultra Course Reports launch appropriately when the user is logged in with a username that is not an email.
