Accessibility
Impact Dashboard
Throughout the Impact Dashboard, the Jump to drop-downs are accessible to Keyboard-only and Screen Reader users. Additionally, Screen Reader focus is kept inside drop-downs until the user leaves the drop-down.
Support Center
On the Support Center page within the Access tab, the Edit/Save/Cancel buttons are placed under the drop-down. When clicking the Edit button, the Screen Reader focus goes to the Dashboard so the user does not need to move back.
On the Support Center page within the Routing & Availability page, modal content is read by Screen Readers after opening the modal.
Campaigns
On the Campaigns page, the Support Center Categories table has resizable columns that are accessible to Keyboard-only users. f the content within a column is partially hidden, a tooltip appears when hovering over it. Additionally, on the Add Campaign page, the Assign to Users and Target Outcomes sections are labeled as H2.
Insights
On the Insights page, frames on the report names display appropriately for Keyboard-only users. Additionally, the chart time display filter is labeled Time Interval for Keyboard-only and Screen Reader users.
On the Insights page within the Create Report page, red frames are added around mandatory elements. Additionally, tooltips can only be accessed through tab navigation. The tooltip for the Save button is appropriately read when hovering over it, even when using text navigation. However, for the Apply Filter button, the tooltip is only read correctly when navigating via tab interactions.

- When exporting Insights data as a CSV file, data displays appropriately. When no data is available in a period, the 0 values are shown.
- The Inline Editor for Blackboard Ultra template names can be edited and hint messages can be created on element context.
- Canvas Course Activity Report loads appropriately when a high number of students are enrolled.
- Data displayed in Monitor Trends report labels to display appropriately from Unit of Time and Time Period triggers. Additionally, data from unfinished Periods of Time display appropriately.
- Column labels display appropriately and tooltips are available on hover in the User Activity section of the Canvas Course Activity Reports.
- LTI Tool name is truncated with the full name displayed in the tooltip on hover and the column can be resized.
- When a message is assigned to a user group and a context, the message appears both in the nested context and in the originally assigned place.
- Hint Messages on hover or on click display appropriately if the setting is selected.
