Impact Release Notes (2022-08-30)

In this Impact release, users can select multiple articles in Support Center and updates to the Support Center icon and the Inline Editor icon were made. Additionally, accessibility updates were made to the Rich Content Editor in Walkthroughs.

Support Center

Selection of Multiple Articles

In Support Center, to Manage Articles users can select multiple articles at a time by using SHIFT + Click in the checkboxes.

Support Center and Inline Editor Icons

Support Center Icon

Support Center icon displays for authorized users after logging in to Canvas.

Inline Editor Icon

Inline Editor Icon will only display on the login screen after the user logs in and out.

Accessibility

Walkthroughs: Keyboard Navigation

Keyboard-Only users can navigate to the Rich Content Editor in Walkthroughs.

 

Fixed Bugs

 

  •  In Messages, Rich Content Editor and Regular Editor have default placeholders for titles.
