Password Reset

The password reset token expiration period has been extended from 1 hour to 24 hours. Users are notified about the 24 hour period in the reset password email.

Fixed Bugs

 

  • Users with the Support - View Articles permission cannot create and edit articles.
  • The Create Template button is grayed out when the user only has the View Reporting Templates permission.
