[Support Center] Move the Impact Help icon to the left side panel
The icon users click to get help in Impact covers areas of the page the user needs to see. One example of this would be when the icon covers the "Submit" button. I have gotten many complaints from faculty, and faculty representatives have informed my manager of many more complaints to the point that they don't want to use Impact at all. I realize that the icon can be moved to different places on the page; the problem is that it will always cover up content on the page. There is no way around that.
The only solution to the problem is to get the icon placed off the page, and that means placing it on the side panel. The Atomic Search icon is on the side panel, and Instructure doesn't even own Atomic Search. Why wouldn't an Instructure-owned company get prime real estate in the Canvas interface? It would resolve the problem that might very well cause us to move away from licensing Impact It would be an improvement to a clumsy interface.
