[Support Center] Link to Impact support articles from outside Canvas

Problem statement:

It is currently not possible to link to an Impact support article or category from outside Impact. We would like to directly refer our end-users to Impact articles when they ask us for help via e-mail for example. This would save us time because we no longer have to maintain multiple resources, but it would also improve the adoption of Impact among our end-users.

Proposed solution:

Making it possible to link to an Impact support article or category from outside Impact.
