[Support Center] Delete out-of-the-box articles

Problem statement:

We are unable to delete out-of-the-box (OOTB) categories or articles, only hide them. This limitation has led to a cluttered and unmanageable state in "Manage Articles" and "Arrange Articles". For instance, there are articles designed for elementary schools that we will never need and would like to never see again.

Proposed solution:

Allowing Deletion of OOTB Articles

This solution directly addresses the problem of clutter and lack of control by enabling the deletion of OOTB articles. It would be great if a recycle bin/undelete function or similar could be implemented as safeguard, but a more organized content repository holds more weight for us.
